Strasburg Mayfest returns May 7–8, 2027, bringing together local businesses, residents, visitors, food, entertainment and activities for a weekend of fun in Shenandoah County.

Sponsoring Mayfest is a great way to support the community while giving your business meaningful visibility before and during the festival.

2027 Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are available at several levels, making it easy for businesses and organizations of all sizes to get involved:

• Premium Sponsor — $2,500

• Gold Sponsor — $1,000

• Silver Sponsor — $500

• Bronze Sponsor — $250

• Friends of Mayfest — $20–$100

Benefits vary by sponsorship level and may include recognition on the Mayfest website, event-day signage, printed promotional materials, social media features, event announcements, luncheon tickets and vendor booth space.

Premium and Gold sponsors also receive a 10' x 10' vendor booth space, offering another opportunity to be part of the Mayfest weekend.
