The Strasburg Mayfest Parade is a beloved tradition that brings together local businesses, organizations, community groups, bands, and creative floats to celebrate our town and kick off the day’s festivities in downtown Strasburg.

The parade begins at 2:00 PM, traveling approximately 0.6 miles along King Street, starting near Dunkin Donuts and ending at Massanutten Street. Spectators are welcome to line the sidewalks along King Street to enjoy this lively community event.

Line-Up Information

Line-up: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Location: West King Street (behind the orange line)
The parade begins promptly at 2:00 PM.

Mayfest volunteers wearing yellow shirts and reflective vests will help direct participants during staging.

Spectator Information

The parade can be viewed anywhere along King Street from Dunkin Donuts to Massanutten Street. Please remain on sidewalks during the parade so everyone can enjoy the event safely.
