At 4:30 PM, the excitement continues with two fan-favorite Eating Contests: the Cupcake Eating Contest and the Hotdog Eating Contest.

Celebrate confidence, personality, and community pride at one of Strasburg Mayfest’s most cherished traditions. We are proud to share that Strasburg Mayfest Festival is now a Member of the Virginia Association of Fairs (VAF) — an exciting milestone that brings new opportunities for our contestants!

🌟 What’s New for 2026
Pre-Teen through Elegant Miss divisions will now include Personality Wear
Miss contestants will participate in a formal interview with a panel of judges
Scholarships will be awarded to the Miss Queen and 1st & 2nd Runner-Ups
As a VAF Member Festival, the 2026 Miss Queen will advance to compete in the Miss VAF State Pageant in January 2027
Full competition details and scholarship information will be included in the official pageant paperwork.

No walk-in entries will be accepted.
Contestants must enter the division that matches their age as of pageant day.
Winners from the 2024 pageant must sit out for one year before competing again.
First Runner-Up in each division may assume duties if the winner cannot fulfill her role.
